During his time at MakeMyTrip, Prakhar was involved in using unsupervised learning to analyze and segregate travel agents from regular users. He used libraries such as numpy, pandas, and matplotlib to analyze and gain insights into the past 10 years of historical data created on MakeMyTrip's platform on booking and search data across various LOBs. Prakhar also carried out case studies on targeted users that dismissed common behavior assumptions about travel agents and proposed a classification inside the travel agent pool. He implemented KMeans using Spark's ML Library on one-year historical booking and search data entries and used AWS Sagemaker Platform to implement H2O's Isolation Forest Model to find Travel Agents. Prakhar holds a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur. He also completed his high school education at Ahlcon Public School, New Delhi, and his primary education at Amity International School, Noida.
