Currently serving as the Co-Founder of Taste Mafia, he is responsible for building and managing a team of over 30 people, scaling the business to 5 outlets, and ensuring its success. Prakhar's key responsibilities include hype marketing on all social media platforms, creating processes for smooth operations, maximizing profitability by controlling food wastage and disposable management, and building on-ground relations with customers to take regular feedback. Prior to Taste Mafia, Prakhar co-founded ABCD Mart, where he gained hands-on experience in building a brand from scratch. He was responsible for promoting the brand both offline and online, creating a lucrative pricing strategy, getting brands on board, hiring and managing the delivery fleet, and deeply analyzing customer behavior patterns. Customer obsession was his priority, and he successfully clocked an annual sales figure of 10 Crore Rupees, with the startup being 100% bootstrapped. Prakhar's education history includes a High School Diploma from Delhi Public School and Swaraj India Public School. With 8.36 years of relevant experience, he is an expert in sales and marketing, team management, and process optimization.
