Prakhar Srivastava is an Associate Engineer, SW at HARMAN International with a passion for data structures and algorithms, DBMS, Natural Language Processing, and Machine Learning. He completed his integrated post-graduation in Information Technology from IIIT Gwalior and has 2.43 years of relevant experience in the field. Currently, Prakhar is building automated Python modules for time series forecasting at HARMAN International. He is responsible for using Fossil's data for evaluation of the developed model and selecting the best model with the optimized model parameters for generating forecasts for the specified number of months. Prakhar's work involves providing datasets with generic column names, attribute names, SKU, TimeId parameter according to which generated time series will be indexed, and the sales quantity parameter which is to be forecasted. Prior to his current role, Prakhar worked as a Data Science Intern at Core Compete, where he built automated Python modules for time series forecasting and used Fossil's data for evaluation of the developed model, much like his work at HARMAN International. Prakhar's education history includes a B.Tech + M.Tech in Information Technology from IIITM and a Central Board of Secondary Education (XII) from Gorakhpur Public School. He also holds an Indian Certificate of Secondary Education (X) from St. Joseph School, Gorakhpur. Prakhar's tech stack includes Python, NLP, ML, and Data Scientist. He is a skilled professional with a passion for technology and a drive to succeed.
