Prakhar Varshney is a software developer who is driven by his passion for learning. He has a strong foundation in web development, having graduated from Neog Camp, where he learned the MERN stack and various other technologies and frameworks under the guidance of Tanay Pratap. Prakhar's thirst for knowledge led him to pick up React Native for creating cross-platform scalable mobile applications at his first job. He went on to work on Three Js and created India's first web-based Educational Metaverse in his second job. Prakhar is a problem solver who is always up for a challenge. He enjoys researching and experimenting with new technologies to find solutions to complex engineering problems. Prakhar is also passionate about mentoring people and helping them get started with their careers in software development. Currently, Prakhar works as a Software Engineer at Invact, where he is a founding team member. He has been instrumental in developing Invact Metaversity, an immersive experience with multiple spaces like City, Classroom, Breakout Rooms, Cafe, and Theatre, using Three Js, Typescript, and React-three-fiber. Prakhar has also focused on improving the performance of the meta world by reducing draw calls, creating instances, and reducing rerenders in React. He has reduced network load times by 90% by reducing asset sizes and introducing Netlify Headers Cache-control. Additionally, Prakhar has designed a physics engine using the AABB collision theorem with the help of the three-mesh-bvh library and developed a Third Person Player Movement using vector mathematics and coordinate geometry. In the past, Prakhar has worked as a Mentor Alumni and Teaching Assistant at Neog Camp, where he has taken over 100 Javascript and React interviews of students applying for level one of Neog Camp. As a teaching assistant, Prakhar led a team of 18 developer enthusiasts for the entire duration of camp, helping them with doubt sessions, conducting daily standup sessions, reviewing peers' code, and holding mock interview sessions. Prakhar has a Bachelor of Technology degree in Mechanical Engineering from Swami Keshwanand Inst. of Tech. Mgt. & Gramothan, Jaipur. He has a diverse tech stack that includes software engineering, web development, Typescript, Web3, mobile development, React Native, and Javascript. With 2.36 years of relevant experience, Prakhar is a valuable asset to any team.
