Prakrati C. is a Senior Software Engineer with over 3 years of relevant experience in cloud computing platforms such as AWS and Azure. She has transitioned three projects, including Service Desk, Global Access Management, and Active Directory team, and holds an AWS Solution Architect certification. Prakrati has a skillset in Azure, including customer handling, L1, and L2 troubleshooting. She is currently working at ltimindtree as a Senior Software Engineer, where she is a part of the Microsoft Global Support for Microsoft Azure Identity 24/5 Support team. Prakrati is proficient in troubleshooting cases raised by Microsoft partners and customers for Azure Active Directory. She has basic knowledge and troubleshooting skills on-premise MFA server configurations with Radius/LDAP Authentication. Prakrati is knowledgeable in Azure Cloud, including multiple factor authentication enable/enforce/disable and troubleshooting with Phone Authenticator app. She has assisted customers on modern authentication benefits and impact on legacy protocols. Prakrati has experience in IAM and RBAC for access provisioning, administering Azure Ad user group and device, and participating in migration between on-premises to Azure AD through AD connect. She monitored issues from start to resolution and escalated unresolved problems to a higher level of support. Prakrati has experience in creating and configuring security groups, troubleshooting VPN issues, and O365 related issues. Prakrati completed her Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University Institute of Technology, RGPV, in 2020. She also completed a short-term training program by Electrical and Electronics Department yearly from Teqip-lll (IIT Guwahati). Prakrati holds a degree in Mathematics from Narayana Junior College and a degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from Maharishi Vidya Mandir Senior Secondary School.
