Pramit Sengupta is a highly motivated and accomplished professional with a diverse range of skills and experience. He is currently pursuing his Post Graduate Programme in Management from Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow and is expected to graduate in April 2024. Pramit completed his Bachelor of Technology in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Motilal Nehru National Institute of Technology in 2019. Prior to joining IIM Lucknow, Pramit worked as a Product Manager at Cracku.in, where he headed the GMAT vertical and built Cracku's first-ever GMAT product. He also led a team of 5 to build and deliver high-quality content-based products for over 11,000 users. Pramit was responsible for schedule and playlist management for 24 batches spread across 2 academic years hosting over 7400 premium students. He also headed the mock strategy and managed the roadmap, delivery and execution of over 14 premium mocks attempted over 32,000 times. Pramit also worked as a Software Engineer at Fidelity Investments (Fixed Income Unit). At IIM Lucknow, Pramit is a part of the placement mentorship team, Team Disha (Vertical - Product Management), where he is responsible for preparing 2 batches across 3 placement cycles. He is a core member of the Placement Preparation Committee at IIM-Lucknow and was selected out of 150+ students to aid the placement preparation of 1000+ students across 3 placement cycles. Pramit has also been associated with Share A Book India Association as a Core Team Member. He facilitated the creation of 100 audiobooks in 8 languages for the visually impaired by spearheading the efforts of 20+ volunteers, audio recorders, editors, and NGO collab volunteers. He also led a team of 5 to increase post impressions by ~250% & followers by ~40% and formulated 9 KPIs to measure the impact of library development in 175 schools across 8 states as one of the 3 initial members of the unit. Pramit possesses a strong technical background and has experience working as a Research Scientist. He is skilled in Product Management, Software Engineering, and Research.
