Pramod Bhargava is a certified Java developer and thought leader with over 11 years of relevant experience in software engineering, microservices development, and product design. He has a strong background in utilizing technologies such as Java, Springboot, Hibernate, MongoDB, Redis, MySQL, Elastic Search, Microservices, Docker, RabbitMQ, Postgres, GRPC, Protobuf, React, Node, and Kubernetes to build high-performing, scalable, and user-centric products from scratch. As a results-driven product developer, Pramod has created, designed, and architected highly scalable distributed products. He has also built, nurtured, and led scrum teams to optimize the performance of these products. Pramod has directly handled client requirements and issues for the products, and mentored fellow team members to ensure that they are up-to-date with the latest application knowledge. Pramod's recent work includes the creation of a no-code ERP generator, which provides a blank canvas for business users to define their processes. The generator then creates an ERP application that can be deployed on any scale industry. This project involved generating different services for each vertical, such as HRMS and payroll, automating the complete build and deployment pipeline, creating a BPM engine for workflow management, and creating a rule engine for policy execution and CRUD engine for executing rules. In his previous roles, Pramod has worked for companies such as Impetus Infotech India Pvt Ltd and Astute Systems Infotech. At Impetus Infotech, he worked in teams of 4 to 8 and changed products based on client requirements. He extensively worked on the Spring framework for inversion control and flow control and implemented client requirements using Struts. At Astute Systems Infotech, he was an intern responsible for creating WAP sites, maintaining previous projects, supporting and communicating with clients both nationally and internationally, and providing backend support for mobile applications. Pramod holds a Master of Computer Applications degree from Devi Ahilya Vishwavidyalaya, where he studied computer science. He also holds a SSE degree and a XII degree in PCM from AECS, CBSE Board.
