Pramod Bhargava is a certified Java developer and thought leader with over 11 years of relevant experience in software engineering, designing highly scalable products, and developing microservices. He has a strong technical background in Java, Springboot, Hibernate, MongoDB, Redis, MySQL, Elastic Search, Microservices, Docker, RabbitMQ, Postgres, GRPC, Protobuf, React, Node, and Kubernetes. Pramod has a proven track record of building, nurturing, and leading scrum teams to design, create architecture, and optimize performance of user-centric, high-impact products from scratch. He has directly handled client requirements and issues for the product and mentored fellow team members to come at par with the understanding of the application. Pramod is a results-driven product development expert and a creator, designer, and architect of highly scalable distributed products. In his recent work, Pramod has created a no-code ERP generator that provides a blank canvas to business users to define their processes, and then generates an ERP application that can be deployed on any scale industry. This includes generating different services for each vertical like HRMS, payroll, interaction between different services, automation of the complete build and deployment pipeline, creating a BPM engine for workflow management, creating a rule engine for policy execution, and CRUD engine for executing rules. Pramod has worked with Impetus Infotech India Pvt Ltd as a Software Engineer and with Astute Systems Infotech as an Intern. At Impetus, he worked in teams of 4 to 8 and changed the product on the basis of client requirements. He extensively worked on Struts to implement client requirements and worked on the Spring framework for inversion control and flow control. At Astute Systems Infotech, he created WAP sites, maintained previous projects, supported and communicated with clients both nationally and internationally, and provided backend support for mobile applications. Pramod holds a Master's degree in Computer Applications from Devi Ahilya Vishwavidyalaya and completed his XII and SSE from AECS, CBSE Board.
