Pramod Ghadge is a seasoned entrepreneur and Co-Founder and CEO of Unbox Robotics, a software-defined robotics platform that helps logistics players increase their productivity by using much lesser warehousing area with an AI-driven fleet of vertical sorting robots. With over 10 years of relevant experience, Pramod has worked in various roles across India, Singapore, China, and Israel. Before founding Unbox Robotics, Pramod worked at L&T, where he was involved in manufacturing, and at Flipkart, where he was responsible for supply chain and logistics automation. He has also worked in sales, business development, and product design at multiple companies and startups. Pramod has a Master of Science in Industrial & Systems Engineering from the National University of Singapore, a Bachelor of Technology in Production Engineering from VJTI, and has completed an Executive Program in Internet of Things: Business Implications and Opportunities from MIT Sloan School of Management. He has also completed entrepreneurship and new venture creation programs from Tel Aviv University and NUS Overseas Colleges. As Founder in Residence at HAX and Entrepreneur First, Pramod was responsible for building Unbox Robotics' Product (version 1). Unbox Robotics has received funding from marquee investors such as 3one4 Capital, Sixth Sense Ventures, SOSV, and Arali Ventures, among others. Pramod is a product designer, designer, and AI expert. His expertise in these fields has been instrumental in the development of Unbox Robotics. With his experience and expertise, Pramod is committed to making warehousing spaces smaller and bringing them closer to customers to enable faster deliveries.
