Pramod Jain is an experienced Delivery Head with over 16 years of experience in the information technology and services industry. He is currently serving as the Head of Delivery for DOITLEAN India and is responsible for building, managing, and delivering large innovative enterprise applications. Pramod is an Outsystems MVP and holds more than 9 years of experience with the Outsystems low code platform. Pramod is passionate about technology and people and has a strong command on Operational Excellence, Automation & Digital Transformation. He heads the growth of the delivery organization while working closely with the sales team and is responsible for all hiring and resources. Pramod drives software development activities to meet aggressive schedules and timelines while maintaining the highest bar of quality and a focus on exceeding customer expectations. In his current role, Pramod is responsible for building and enabling the Outsystems practice, OutSystems Architecture Design and solutioning, developing complex modules, and helping the team to resolve technical issues. He also sets up the OutSystems environment (Platform setup and troubleshooting), Lifetime, Discovery, electronic Canvas, ECT Feedback, and other additional components. Pramod is also responsible for training & mentoring OutSystems Technical Team and client interaction. Prior to joining DOITLEAN, Pramod served as the Head of Technology - India for DOITLEAN and as an Associate Director - Outsystems Solutions and Architecture for Netlink Software Group America Inc. Pramod holds a Master's Degree in Information Technology from OIST. Pramod's tech stack includes Research Scientist and Software Engineer. With his strong skills in Customer Relationship Management, Global Delivery, and Portfolio Management, he has demonstrated a history of delivering successful projects.
