Pramod Madhavan is an accomplished serial entrepreneur and the co-founder of CONCLO Technologies Pvt Ltd. With over 22 years of experience in the industry, he is known for his passion for starting and growing companies, as well as developing winning partnerships. As the Founder and CEO of CONCLO Technologies, he is responsible for driving the growth and success of the company. Prior to founding CONCLO Technologies, Pramod served as the Global Alliance Head for AWS at Tech Mahindra, where he was responsible for scaling partnerships and alliances vertically and horizontally. He also played a key role in identifying and partnering with ISVs, creating IP, and developing value propositions. Pramod has also worked with a team of senior resources to achieve new business revenue targets, conducted internal training and workshops globally, and supported the execution of POC/case studies and mergers and acquisitions of small and medium-tier companies. Before joining Tech Mahindra, Pramod served as Senior Manager of Service Delivery at Secova, where he oversaw the integration of all services and constantly improved the quality and inter-working of the whole virtual service team. He was responsible for ensuring robust platforms were in place to support customers and the best service solutions. Pramod also motivated, developed, and mentored service delivery employees and managers, provided support to new business opportunities, and supported the transition and implementation of new business. Pramod holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from SRM University and has a strong background in Salesforce, AWS, and integration. He is a thought leader in the industry and has contributed to seminars, conferences, and published white papers.
