He has a proven track record of establishing and implementing strategies, enhancing business volumes, identifying current & future customer & market requirements, tracking profitability, and controlling expenses. Pramod is an expert in managing delivery frameworks and new technology implementation projects for streamlining related activities as per quality standards. He has directed technology planning and direction, strategy development, leadership and implementation, business & operational transformation execution, business solution delivery, and business development. Pramod has successfully delivered Business Transformation and Re-engineering Programs in cross-cultural environmental settings of front, middle and back offices from diverse domains, aligned with emerging technology trends and future business growth. He is excellent at managing end-to-end delivery/program/project planning & implementation from scope management to activity sequencing, effort & cost estimation, pre-sales activities, risk analysis to quality management in line with the guidelines & norms. Currently, Pramod is working as a Senior Engineering Manager at Encora, where he is responsible for the delivery of global information service products. He has also worked as a Senior Engineering Manager at Nagra, where he was responsible for delivery management, client relationships management, delivery governance, operational excellence, capability development, and collaboration with business and marketing teams to ensure alignment with product strategy. Pramod has a Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Vishveshwaraiah Technological University, a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management from NMIMS Global, and is pursuing an Advanced Certification in AI & Machine Learning from ICT Academy, IIT Kanpur. He also has relevant experience as a Senior Software Engineer, Product Manager, and Research Scientist.
