Pramod Singh is a highly skilled Principal Software Engineer with over 15 years of relevant experience in the industry. He is currently working with Dell EMC as a software principal engineer in the Data Protection division. Pramod is responsible for designing, optimizing, and implementing new features in Recover Point, a disaster recovery software, using agile SCRUM methodology. He is known as a DistributedGURU and Microservices expert in the industry. Pramod's expertise lies in working on best-of-the-best disaster recovery products that are highly distributed and among the best in the industry. He is currently working on Recover Point, a continuous replication product. In his previous roles, he has worked with AltioStar as an Individual Contributor, where he designed and coded new features for the product along with TCP optimization, support for IPv6, playing with WebM container, and using R language for data analytics. He has also worked with Condor Networks as a Sr. Software Developer, where he worked on the development of LTE-AAA for 4G core networks and developed the S-CSCF node using C/C++ programming languages. Pramod holds a Bachelor of Technology degree in Computer Science and Engineering from Dr. B R Ambedkar National Institute of Technology, Jalandhar. He also completed an internship in Computer Science from Universidad de Chile. His technical skills include Software Engineering, C, Microservices, AWS, testing, Mobile, Jenkins, Javascript, Research Scientist, Kafka, Integration, and UI.
