Pramod Sharma is a seeker and a techie, with close to 13 years of experience in the IT industry and expertise in banking products. As the founder and CEO of IntelleWings, he leads a highly motivated team that is revolutionizing RegTech by making complicated AML/CFT compliance easier and more accurate through the use of cutting-edge technologies. Pramod has worked closely with leading banks such as Bank of America, Morgan Stanley, Capital Group, City, IPSL, and ABN Amro, providing technological solutions pertaining to various aspects of banking and insurance domains. While working with these banks, he sensed the need for comprehensive AML/CFT, PEP/Adverse Media, and sanctions solutions, which led him to found IntelleWings. IntelleWings offers a complete suite of AML solutions, including sanctions check, transaction monitoring, case management, integrated PEP/Adverse Media check, and auto-generation of all regulatory reports. The company's proprietary PEP/Adverse media check solution is a work of art and machine learning, which eliminates the need for expensive WorldCheck and DowJones databases for scans. Pramod's passion for solutions has led him to deal with the most complex problems in AML/CFT compliance, which were unaddressed for a long time. He believes in bridging the gaps and infusing innovation in compliance products and solutions to bring more value to BFSI/DNFBPs/SMEs or eCommerce. Prior to founding IntelleWings, Pramod worked as a Lead Solutions Architect and Technology Architect at Infosys, where he played a vital role in providing solutions for ABN Amro, Capital Group, and IPSL. He also led the initial blueprint of the SRE (Site Reliability Engineering) platform for Infosys PE (Performance Engineering) practice. Pramod holds a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Engineering from The Technological Institute of Textile and Sciences and completed his 12th grade from CRPF Pulic School. He has relevant experience of 16.11 years and possesses expertise in ML, SRE, and Senior Software Engineering.
