Pramod T is an accomplished HR professional with a keen interest in solving organizational, compliance, and behavioral challenges by conceptualizing and running people programs. With a healthy mix of consulting, technology, and industry experience, he has worked with organizations across India, USA, Europe, Sri Lanka, and the Middle East, spanning a wide variety of industries such as HiTech, ITeS, Quick-commerce, EV, FMCG, Retail, E-commerce, and Pharma. Currently, Pramod is the Lead - HR Strategy & Planning at Reliance Retail, where he is responsible for HR Business Partnering, HR Transformation, HR Technology, Program management, Total Rewards, Job Evaluation, Organization Design, Productivity, and HR Processes redesign & implementation (Talent acquisition, Performance management, Compensation). Prior to his current role, he was the Head of HR Technology at Ola, where he led a team to onboard new HR applications to solve varying use-cases and maintain the existing suite of applications. Pramod's work experience also includes his role as a Manager at EY, where he was part of the Workforce Advisory Services team. He has a PGDM from the Management Development Institute, a B.Tech from Visvesvaraya National Institute of Technology, and completed his 12th and 10th Std from Kendriya Vidyalaya and Sri Sathya Sai Institute of Higher Learning, respectively. With 7.94 years of relevant experience, Pramod has established himself as a highly skilled HR professional who is passionate about solving complex HR challenges.
