With a passion for developing self-healing automation frameworks, Pranav has a strong understanding of how the human brain works and how it can be used to develop algorithms that are smart enough to detect and fix errors in computer tests. Pranav's expertise lies in testing and QA roles, where he has worked with a wide range of automation frameworks such as Python, PowerShell, Perl, and shell. He has a vast experience in working with rapid code generation and is skilled in both UI and backend development. As a Senior Engineering Manager at Nutanix, Pranav has managed teams of developers and QA engineers, hiring, coaching, and mentoring them to build highly scalable products. He has worked on building high-performance teams to deliver Disaster Recovery as a Service (DRaaS) on Xi Cloud, ensuring consistent and high confidence release of products, and 100% automation of tests. Pranav holds a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Software Systems from BITS Pilani and a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Computer Science from Vishveshwaraiah Technological University. He completed his schooling from Kendriya Vidyalaya, with a focus on PCM-IP.
