Pranav Agrawal is a CRM and Communication Strategist at Wint Wealth, a FinTech company. With a passion for providing the best customer support experience, Pranav takes pride in his curiosity, confidence, determination, and attention to detail. He enjoys building and educating people on a new asset class for retail investors. In his current role, Pranav is responsible for keeping investors informed and educated through informative transactional and marketing email and WhatsApp campaigns. He is skilled in product marketing, user research, program management, email and WhatsApp marketing. Prior to his current role, Pranav was the Quality and Training Manager at Wint Wealth, where he set up a Quality and Training Team to provide the best customer experience to investors on their platform. He also worked as a Team Lead - Investor Relations, where he set up processes under the direct guidance of the Head of Customer Excellence and Partnerships. Pranav holds a Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical Engineering from Manipal Institute of Technology, and he is currently pursuing a course in Research Science from Stoa. He also completed his 11-12th grade from Allen Career Institute and 10th grade from RBK School. With 1.84 years of relevant experience, Pranav has developed his technical and soft skills while managing a team of 14 amazing folks.
