Pranav Burnwal is a seasoned technology leader with over 9 years of experience in the field of Blockchain. Currently, he is the CTO and Co-Founder of Edufied, a company that provides a secure and decentralized system for certificate issuers, individuals, and employers to store and verify certifications and credentials using Blockchain Technology. Before Edufied, Pranav worked as a Full-stack Developer, Trainer, Enthusiast, and Solutions Engineer at Wipro's Blockchain research facility. He was also employed as a Research and Developer Engineer at the Center of Excellence (CoE) of Wipro's Open Source Solutions and Emerging Technologies. Pranav is an early adopter of Blockchain technology and has expertise in Solidity, Chaincode, Blockchain, Trainer, Strategist, Research & Development, Full Stack, and Corda. He has worked on several projects in the Fintech, Banking, and Legal domains, solving large scalability challenges for optimization of past projects. Pranav has also worked as the Interim Blockchain Lead at Plus65 Interactive, where he designed and architected new products on Blockchain for existing and new clientele/projects. He oversaw implementations of 12+ projects with new and old cryptocurrencies alike, with a primary focus on Auditability, Security & Scalability. Pranav is a community builder and is always happy to help with just a thanks. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Software Engineering from West Bengal University of Technology and a Higher Secondary degree in Commerce from De Nobili School, C.F.R.I. Pranav's passion for Blockchain technology is evident from his work experience and his involvement in the development of Blockchain-based platforms such as Marified, which is centered around Seafarer e-Passport (SePass). The platform provides Flag States, Ship Management Companies, Training Centers, and Seafarers a seamless way of document issuance, storage, management, and verification, with the ultimate goal of increasing seafarer safety by ensuring their qualifications.
