With over 7 years of experience in building and running profitable businesses, he has honed his skills in entrepreneurship, problem-solving, bootstrapping, startups, product vision and strategy, product management, product development, software architecture, data science, AI ML, UI/UX design, graphics design, product and brand evangelism, building teams, scaling business, consumer web and mobile. As a senior software engineer at Leap.club, Pranav is currently focused on building a powerful private network of rising women leaders, with the mission of promoting more women in leadership positions. In his previous roles, he co-founded Busflix and Boltpics, both of which are successful businesses that offer web, mobile, cloud, SaaS hardware and software products. Boltpics is an AI-based solution for delivery of event photos, while Busflix is a platform for travel and bus operators. Pranav is an effective communicator with excellent relationship building and interpersonal skills. He is a strong analytical thinker, team leader, problem solver and organizer. He holds an Engineer’s Degree from the University of Pune, with a focus on Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering. He also completed his high school education from Nath Valley School Aurangabad, where he achieved a remarkable 94%.
