Pranav Gupta is an MBA graduate from Indian Institute of Management, Kozhikode with a keen interest in marketing, IT/Analytics, and operations. He has a diverse set of skills and experiences that make him an asset to any team. During his summer internship at Reckitt Benckiser, Pranav was a part of the Digital Marketing Team of Hygiene Home Department where he developed the Digital Media Playbook for their five major brands. He proposed a CDI/BDI Model and an ABC Model that optimized reach and frequency for digital ads, making them more effective and efficient. Pranav was also a part of the Students' Placements Committee at IIM Kozhikode and was the founding member of the Placements Operation Team. During his tenure, he was a part of three successfully completed placement drives with 1400+ offers in record days, including the biggest batch of IIM Kozhikode during the Covid-19 affected Virtual Summer Placements 2020. Before joining IIM Kozhikode, Pranav worked as an Associate Engineer at Eaton, where he was involved in designing and developing modules for Variable Frequency Drives. He has served as Chief Finance Officer, Chief Editor, and Placement Coordinator in his undergrad college. Pranav is a numbers person who enjoys analyzing them. He has published an IEEE paper and has a passion for writing poetry and photography. Currently, Pranav is working as the Corporate Relations and Placements Coordinator at Indian Institute of Management, Kozhikode, where he is part of a 15-member committee elected through a batch vote to nurture and maintain relations between the corporate and IIM Kozhikode through multiple avenues of campus engagements. He is responsible for campus-corporate liaison for companies across sectors, organizing various campus engagement activities such as workshops, competitions, and guest lectures for the students for gaining industry knowledge, and coordinating with students and companies for recruitment activities for summer internships and final placements. Overall, Pranav is a highly motivated and driven individual with a strong work ethic and a passion for learning. He is an excellent team player and has a proven track record of delivering results.
