Pranav Jayan is an Associate Customer Success Manager at Informatica with over 4 years of experience in customer service and relationship management. He has expertise in dealing with large accounts at senior IT and business levels, and has provided support to more than 100 low and medium touch customers using enterprise software platforms. Pranav has also worked as a Customer Success Analyst at Informatica, where he acted as a single point of contact for all post-sales deployment and adoption queries. He developed success plans for customers, collaborated with other customer success leaders to analyze and identify reasons for poor customer adoption and renewals, and established trusted adviser relationships with customers to ensure overall satisfaction with Informatica products. Prior to his role at Informatica, Pranav worked as an intern at Logilink India, where he gained an understanding of logistics operations and created standard operating procedures and documentation for the eCommerce segment. Pranav holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Symbiosis Institute of Business Management, Bengaluru and a Bachelor of Technology degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Visvesvaraya National Institute of Technology. In addition to his professional experience, Pranav is a bibliophile, storyteller, artist, and amateur chef.
