Pranav Mahadkar is a pre-final year undergraduate student at IIT Bombay, pursuing a Dual Degree (B.Tech + M.Tech) in Environmental Science Engineering. He has a keen interest in the finance industry, particularly in the field of equity research. Pranav is also an accomplished competitive programmer, with gold level (5 stars) in Python and silver level (4 stars) in C++ and problem solving (algorithms) on Hackerrank. Currently, Pranav is serving as the Technical Secretary at Vitruvian Hostel 3, Indian Institute of Technology Bombay, where he assists the tech council in organizing tech events such as coding competitions and maintaining the equipment in the tech room for hostel residents to work on their projects. He has previously served as the Technical Secretary at Hostel 16, Indian Institute of Technology Bombay, and as a Member of Sustainability Cell, where he spread awareness about sustainability amongst the campus community and coordinated with various institute bodies, faculty, and the student community to integrate sustainable technologies into the institute. Pranav's education history includes a Dual Degree in Environmental Science from IIT Bombay, which he is expected to complete in 2024. In addition to his academic pursuits, he has gained relevant experience in the tech industry for 1.95 years. His tech stack includes Python, Research Scientist, test, and Mobile.
