Pranav Sharma is a mid-senior level software engineer with a passion for programming and a drive to embrace new platforms. He is skilled in version control using Git and containerization and orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes. Pranav is also proficient in observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, New Relic, Kibana, Redash, and Tableau, and has experience with IDEs such as Sublime Text, IntelliJ, Visual Studio, Goland, and Unity. He is familiar with cloud services such as AWS, Serverless, and GCP. Currently, Pranav is a Senior Software Engineer at Tipalti, where he handles the infrastructure for higher reliability, scalability, and observability, using tools such as Dynatrace, Prometheus/Grafana, AWS, Docker, and Kubernetes. He has also worked as a Staff Software Engineer at Amagi, where he was responsible for solving problems around media and streaming technology, and as a Software Development Engineer 2 at Embibe, where he delivered Fiber, Embibe's flagship product, and designed and delivered the orchestration service in Java/Spring Boot. Pranav holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science Engineering from Thapar University, as well as a Higher Secondary degree in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics from Gandhi Memorial International School. He also attended St. George's College.
