Prior to his current role, Praneeth worked as the Lead Talent Acquisition at Razorpay, where he was responsible for hiring backend engineers, frontend engineers, DevOps, security, and data engineers. He played a key role in building the company's tech payment solutions and helped Razorpay become one of India's leading payment gateway providers. Praneeth is also a Senior Recruiter at InMobi, where he is responsible for hiring engineering talent across infrastructure, data, and platform engineering teams. Praneeth holds an MBA in Management Information Systems from MS Ramaiah College of Arts, Science, and Commerce and a Bachelor of Engineering in ECE from Bellary Engineering College. He also completed his 10th grade from St. John's High School.
