Pranesh Ramakrishnan is a full-stack software development engineer with over five years of experience delivering high-quality software in an agile workflow. He has a passion for developing robust software, debating about movies, and rooting for Man U. Pranesh has worked on building event-driven distributed systems, providing SaaS, PaaS, and IaaS capabilities to various LOBs, developing micro frontends, and automated deployments of containerized services on Kubernetes clusters. He has also built APIs with Java, GoLang, designed, implemented, and queried relational & non-relational databases and monitored cloud-infrastructure with various DevOps tools. Currently, Pranesh is a Software Engineer II at EBSCO Information Services. Previously, he worked as a Platform Engineer at Bottomline Technologies, where he delivered containerized Spring Boot microservices and SDKs following the GitOps deployment model. He also worked as a Software Engineer at Casenet LLC, where he built an end-to-end solution for Care Management, upgraded a health insurance application from Flex to Angular 6, and adapted the application from Monolith architecture to Microservices based architecture to meet product requirements. Pranesh holds a Master of Science (MS) in Information Systems from Northeastern University, a Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Coimbatore Institute of Technology, and a High School degree in Computer Science from S.B.O.A MHSS. His tech stack includes Software Engineering, DevOps, Spring, Kubernetes, Microservices, Frontend, Backend, infra, Golang, Java, Spring Boot, Parts-of-speech, test, ui, and AngularJS.
