Prior to her current role, Pranisha worked as a Talent Acquisition Manager and Senior Talent Associate at Passion Connect, a unit within Blume Ventures. Her responsibilities included proactively acquiring top tech talent, mentoring new hires, and expanding hiring avenues beyond engineering roles.
