Under his leadership, Xaltius has become a prominent player in the industry, focusing on product development in Travel, Logistics & Healthcare, Data Engineering, Data Science & Big Data Consulting Services, and Professional & Corporate Trainings in Data Science, AI, Big Data, and Cloud. His expertise in these areas has helped the company drive superior business performance and establish itself as a leader in the industry. Prior to Xaltius, Pranjal founded and served as CEO of CodeForIndia, an organization that aims to upskill the youth with the latest technologies and prepare them for the future. He partnered with colleges and corporate organizations to deliver customized programs in the fields of Data Science and Artificial Intelligence, coupled with masterclasses and hackathons. His aim was to build a community of technologists and innovators who could help solve global issues and continue this legacy. Pranjal has also served as Director and Mentor of The Sparks Foundation, an NGO registered in India as a Section 8 Company that works towards the improvement of functional literacy and promotes skills development in rural India. Pranjal holds a PGEMBA in Business Analytics from the Institute of Management Technology, Ghaziabad, and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from Sinhgad Institutes, Pune. He also completed his 11th-12th in Informatics Practices from Delhi Public School and 9th-10th in Mathematics and Computer Science from Bokaro Ispat Vidyalaya.
