Pranjal Goyal is a Software Engineer at Groww in India, with 1.02 years of relevant experience. He is a Computer Engineering graduate from Pandit Deendayal Energy University. Pranjal has a passion for exploring new technologies and has participated in various open-source, hackathon, and externship programs, which has helped him create some impressive projects and meet amazing people. During his SDE Internship at Groww, Pranjal worked on building and designing a scalable system for an e-learning product known as Groww Academy in Spring boot. He also assisted with project planning, scoping, prioritization, and followed the clean code approach, along with writing validation tests. Pranjal designed, architected, and implemented the infrastructure in Production through Jenkins Pipeline Structure through AWS. He used in-memory database Redis and CDN to optimize the REST API calls and set up New Relic monitoring service, triggering alerts when API calls fail. The project aimed to provide financial education to beginners in both Hindi and English languages in a modulated form, and it is currently live on desktop and m-site. Pranjal's other SDE Internship was at SuprDaily, where he worked on several tasks, including implementing a simplified way to create Nudge using Retool Dashboard and improving API response time by 10% by implementing cache in Offer System. He also implemented Saving Experiments to see the impact of checkout rate. Apart from his work, Pranjal loves reading books, playing table tennis, and watching sci-fi movies. His skillsets include competitive coding, framework expertise in Spring Boot, Django, Flutter, and Flask, programming languages such as Java, C++, Python, and SQL, databases like MYSQL, PostgreSQL, and Redis, article writing, and automation using Python.
