Pranjal Mathur is a highly driven individual with over 9 years of rich industry experience in the complete life cycle of software development. He holds a master's degree in Computer Science from SUNY, Buffalo. Pranjal has worked on diverse projects ranging from application development to automated testing. Currently, Pranjal is employed with Veracode Inc. as a Senior Software Development Engineer in Test. He has expertise in Java, Selenium, TestNG, RESTful Web Services, and AWS. He has single-handedly Designed, Architected and Developed a reusable Test Automation framework for Veracode Integrations team, using Java, Selenium, Maven, and AWS. Pranjal is leading the automation efforts for the team by mentoring and onboarding a 4 member dedicated automation team. Pranjal's specialties include Java, Selenium, AWS, XML, JSON, FasterXML, Apache HttpClient, OkHttp, Kafka Logs, Apache Tomcat, TestNG, Maven, Git, Gitlab, Jira, Jenkins, UNIX, PL/SQL, and Oracle. In his current role, Pranjal is responsible for designing, architecting and developing a Test Automation framework for Veracode Integrations team. He is leading the automation efforts for the team by mentoring and onboarding a 4 member dedicated automation team. Pranjal has trained all the developers on the automation framework, enabling them to write automation independently. The reusable automation framework triggers multiple tests in parallel by creating AWS instances on demand to run automated tests and show live logs on GitLab runners using Cloud Watch. Once the tests complete, AWS instances are automatically terminated. Pranjal has previously worked with Akamai as a Software Engineer, where he was involved in writing automated tests for Akamai's Enterprise Cloud applications using JAVA, Selenium, and TestNG. He has also worked with Juniper Networks as a Software Intern, where he developed automated verification scripts in Perl to verify static and in-flight internet protocol clients' state during routing engine switch-over on the Juniper's latest tomcat enabled routers. Pranjal holds a Master of Science (MS) degree in Computer Science from the State University of New York and a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) degree in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from Krishna Institute of Engineering & Technology.
