Pranjal Shankhdhar is a highly accomplished software engineer currently working at Facebook as a Software Engineer. He is a 2x ACM ICPC World Finalist with over 4 years of relevant experience in the industry. Pranjal is currently working on Presto, a distributed SQL engine, which is one of the core technologies used by Facebook for data analysis and processing. Prior to his current role, Pranjal worked at Facebook as a Software Engineer, where he was responsible for developing distributed build infrastructures and remote execution systems. He was also a Teaching Assistant for Advanced Graph Theory at IIT Kharagpur. Pranjal holds a Bachelors and Masters degree in Computer Science from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur. He has a strong technical background in software engineering and is proficient in SQL and infra. Pranjal is a highly motivated individual with a passion for solving complex technical problems.
