Praphull Singh is a highly experienced Global Product Manager with over 12 years of experience in the technology industry. Currently serving as the Global Product Manager at EC-Council, Praphull is responsible for managing the development and launch of new products, as well as overseeing the product lifecycle from ideation to launch. Prior to his current role, Praphull worked as a Product Manager at SMEdigitals, where he analyzed the SME sectors in India, conducted market research, and developed detailed product requirements for customer management, delivery management, case management, and vendor management. He also prepared a strategic roadmap for long-term product starting from MVP to multi-phase enhancements and created a product strategy and marketing plan to target the right customer segment in the country. Praphull's entrepreneurial spirit led him to co-found InstaRefr.com, a peer-to-peer job referral platform, where he managed the product development cycle from requirements specifications to final testing and release of the product. He also performed data analysis, user interactions, and planned and executed marketing campaigns across various channels to increase the platform's visibility. Praphull's educational background includes a Btech in Civil Engineering from Birla Institute of Technology and a degree from St. Karens School. His technical skills include product management, research, P2P, testing, and search.
