Prasad Bandhanadam is a seasoned Senior Technical Project Manager at Infosys with over 17 years of experience in the IT industry. He is a Certified Scrum Master with 9 years of experience in project management using Agile methodologies. He has extensive experience in Microsoft Technologies, Web services, WCF, .NET 4.5, HTML/CSS, JavaScript, XML, ANGULAR JS, SQL SERVER, Microservices (REST/SOAP) and API using Springboot, ELK, Kafka, splunk, Mule ESB, API, rabbit mq in middleware technologies, AWS cloud, and Mule RTF. Prasad has successfully implemented CICD using Powershell, Jenkins and configured CICD jobs. He has also worked extensively on DEVOPS and bridged the gaps in collaboration with OPs team. He has a deep understanding and knowledge of Object-Oriented design and Programming. As a Senior Technical Project Manager, Prasad is responsible for estimation and scoping of deliverables, calculating budgets required on a yearly basis, planning various projects and allocating resources to the projects, hiring and identifying the right talent for every project needs, identifying the risks and remediating them on regular intervals, providing the budgets, plans status of the project with all stakeholders, tracking and executing the projects with high quality, mentoring and leading the team at all times in the project delivery, training the team with the required skills and upgrading to the trends, and providing optimal solutions by interacting with business and product owners.
