Prasad Ghotikar is an experienced MSS Engineer at Indusface, with over 5 years of relevant experience in the field of Ethical Hacking, Penetration Testing, and Cyber Security Solutions. He possesses a non-stop approach in gaining knowledge in this field and has a strong passion for his work. In his current role, Prasad is responsible for analyzing daily vulnerability scan results and identifying inconsistencies, conducting manual validation of application and network layer security vulnerabilities, analyzing logs using analytical platforms for troubleshooting and incident management, creating WAF custom rules, and performing WAF traffic analysis. He also provides executive client support for an in-house information security product and performs analytical and logical troubleshoots of issues reported. Before his current position, Prasad worked as an Associate MSS Engineer and an Intern in Security Developer & Technical Support (SSL) roles at Indusface. He developed tools with GUI for MSS Engineers and Security Analysts, met the expectations of Security Engineers, and eased their work by developing the tools. He also oversaw the completion of verification for client's certificates, helped clients troubleshoot at any stage of the point, and completed certificate issuance and installation. Prasad completed his Bachelor of Technology in Computer Engineering from Charotar University of Science and Technology in 2018. He also holds a Diploma in Computer Engineering from The Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda and completed his 12th HSC in Science-Physics, Chemistry, and Maths from Atharva Concept School. He completed his 10th SSC from Bright School. Prasad's technical skills include Web and test, and he is always looking to expand his knowledge in the field of Cyber Security Solutions.
