Prasad Imandi is a seasoned software professional with over 30 years of experience in the technology industry. He is currently working as the App Platform & Integration SWAT Leader at IBM, where he leads a team of senior Cloud Architects to help clients modernize with Cloud-native technologies and drive adoption of IBM Cloud Paks. Prasad has a proven track record of helping clients transform and modernize with Cloud technologies for successful business outcomes. He works with clients worldwide on their digital transformation journey, engaging during pre-sales to help prove out Cloud solution architectures, as well as engage with post-sales deployment driving adoption. Prasad has been in a wide range of roles in his career, including Customer Success, Support, Services, Offering Management, and Solution Architecture, touching all key aspects of client success. He enjoys working in a highly matrixed organization leading cross-organizational teams. Prasad is passionate about helping clients develop strategies and drive adoption of emerging technologies. He is a product manager and senior software engineer with extensive experience in Integration. At IBM, Prasad's day-to-day activities include leading client briefings, workshops on modernization with Cloud-native technologies, and advising clients. He defines Proof of Concept, scope, and prepares SOW leading Pre-sales technical engagements for Cloud Pak for Integration. He also engages in post-sales client critical business system issues and drives towards successful resolution. He collaborates across different organizations to lead multi-dimensional projects and partners with product management and Go-to-Market teams to develop effective and engaging messaging on Integration and Application modernization. Prasad holds a Master of Engineering (M.Eng.) in Computer Science from Jadavpur University and a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Computer Science from Amravati University.
