Prasad Krishnan is a highly experienced information technology leader with a proven track record of architecting and delivering highly scalable systems. With 18 years of experience, he has held senior tech roles at PayPal, MindTree, and co-founded a Vacation Rental Tech company in the past. Currently serving as the VP Technology at PandoCorp PLC, he is focused on solving complex NP-hard problems in logistics using cutting-edge technology at scale. Prasad is a hands-on leader who takes pride in building great engineering teams from scratch and scaling them. He firmly believes that "Business Drives Technology" and leads by example. He is results-oriented and has a passion for solving complex problems. As the Director of Engineering at PandoCorp, Prasad works closely with the engineering team to develop and implement innovative solutions to complex problems. He is focused on using the most cutting-edge technology to solve logistics problems at scale. Prasad has also held senior tech roles at Mr. Cooper and Applied Data Finance. At Mr. Cooper, he worked on building a Doc Classification solution using Machine Learning. The challenge of classifying all (~ 250 distinct doc types) the mortgage documents and a configurable extraction engine with the downstream capabilities of auto packaging and triggering other workflows is what he enjoyed solving at Mr. Cooper. At Applied Data Finance, he served as the Software Manager - Head of Software and helped the company grow rapidly in a large and expanding market for loans to less-than-prime borrowers. Prasad holds a BTech in Information Technology from the University of Madras. He is a Senior Software Engineer, ML, and Data Scientist with 19.04 years of relevant experience.
