Prasad has held a gamut of roles from core software development, operations management, location head, Digital Workplace and transformation champion, management to sales roles consisting of solution design and field force, Account Management, Client partnership, Engineering and Delivery Head. He has accountability across the entire Software lifecycle from Strategy, Feasibility, consulting, requirements finalization, Design, development to deployment and support. Prasad is well-versed in JAVA J2EE (Licensed as well as Open Source), Legacy Mainframes, Microsoft .NET, ETL, Data Sciences including Deep learning and cognitive computing, IT Infrastructure solutions including CITRIX, ServiceNow, Chatbots, Intelligent Process Automation solutions, etc. He currently serves as the Chief Technology Officer at bi worldwide India. In his previous roles, he was the Head of Digital Workplace at Verizon where he owned the responsibility of increasing the developer and employee experience across Verizon in enabling digital experience. He also served as Delivery Head at Verizon where he managed the delivery for all finance and supply chain IT from India. Prasad holds an MBA in Technology Management from the University of Phoenix, a B.Sc (Engg) in Civil Engineering from the National Institute of Technology, Jamshedpur, India, and a High School degree in Computer Sciences from Vidya Mandir.
