Prasad Sawant is a Lean Agile Transformation Coach, Life Coach, Change Agent, and SPC5 with over 20 years of industry experience. He is a passionate lean agile leader who considers himself as the customer's biggest fan. Prasad is driven by purpose with a constant focus on values and helping organizations build the right culture for agility. He has a proven track record of providing awesome customer experience through value delivery. Prasad has actively driven agile transformation at scale within ANZ as a consultant, change agent, trainer, facilitator, and coach. He has proficiency in designing and implementing Spotify and has delivered customized agile trainings as well as SAFe certification trainings to over 1000 people, which is 12,000+ training hours. Prasad has facilitated over 25 PI/Tribe Planning and Inspect & Adapt/Tribe Retrospective ceremonies. He has coached at all levels, resulting in 1000+ coaching hours. Prasad is currently pursuing ICF - ACC (International Coach Federation - Associate Certified Coach). He has mastery in designing and facilitating customized workshops on Value Stream Mapping, Scrum Mastery, Human Centered Design (HCD), Systems Thinking, Growth Mindset, Lean, DevOps, Kanban, and T-Shaped Skills. In his previous role as an Agile Coach (Consultant) at ANZ, he was responsible for transforming a multi-cultural, multi-national team of technologists to achieve agility at scale. He focused on coaching leadership and teams on agile mindset, improving agile maturity, building fail-safe and innovation-focused environment, improving predictability, and building a culture of learning and continuous improvement. As part of the change champion network of the organization, he actively led the roll-out of agile transformation. He facilitated trainings, brown bag sessions, and lean coffee sessions to uplift teams from old to new ways of working and drive acceptance towards agile transformation. Prasad holds an SMP Certificate Course from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta, and a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering from Bharati Vidyapeeth.
