Prasad Velamuri is a highly experienced product management leader with a focus on AI, RPA, and cloud technologies. As the Principal Product Management Consultant at productaid inc, he provides AI product management consulting, startup, and venture advisory services. Prasad has an impressive track record of leading successful projects, including implementing prebuilt virtual agents for telecom companies to automate customer service using Google DialogFlow CX. He also managed a team to design and implement a virtual agent for the city of San Jose to automate ‘311’ calls for resident services. Prasad has also performed structured competitive analysis on speech analytics products for the Google Contact Center AI (CCAI) Product team. In his previous role as Sr. Product Manager for IQ Bot at Automation Anywhere, Prasad launched AI and other enterprise-grade features that helped grow the revenues for cognitive automation products by 10x and the customer base by 40x. He also worked closely with engineering building machine learning models and data engineering pipelines for document processing. Prasad has a strong educational background, having completed an MBA from UCLA Anderson School of Management with a focus on strategy, technology management, and entrepreneurship. He also holds an MS in Electrical Engineering from Louisiana State University and Agricultural and Mechanical College and a BTech in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University.
