Prasanna has a strong track record of delivering outstanding user experiences across a variety of domains, including EduTech, healthcare, and finance. Prior to joining Amazon, he worked as a Lead Experience Design Consultant for thoughtworks, where he led initiatives into user experience for their clients. He also worked as a Senior User Experience Designer for Canada Life, where he created simplified and intuitive digital products for insurance and banking customers. Prasanna holds a Master's degree in Industrial and Product Design from IISC, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Savitribai Phule Pune University.
