Prasant Sutaria is a seasoned Digital Architect with over 10 years of relevant experience in the software engineering industry. He is currently employed at Perfecto Mobile, a leading provider of cloud-based automated testing solutions. Prasant has a Master's degree in Computer Software Engineering from BITS and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from the Institute of Technology GGU Central University Bilaspur. He also attended Kendriya Vidyalaya for his high school education. Prasant is an ISTQB certified Test Engineer who has designed and implemented various UI automation frameworks. His philosophy is to "Script once and execute on both Android and IOS platforms". He has also designed and implemented Restful web services to manage shared resources, as well as implemented and maintained Artifactory to share frameworks among teams. Prasant is proficient in frameworks like HP-BPT (Business Process Testing), Behavior Driven Development – Cucumber, and Test Driven Development – TestNG. Prasant has hands-on experience with various tech stacks such as Mobile, Web, SDET, Android, Jenkins, iOS, UI, and Infra. He has also integrated test frameworks with different IaaS platforms, such as Perfecto, Sauce Labs, Test Objects, and pCloudy. He has extended TestNG-based frameworks to support Gherkin format tests and has integrated Jira-XRays plugins, XebiaLabs - XLTV, and hipchat chatbot for test results reporting. Prior to joining Perfecto, Prasant worked at Honeywell Technology Solutions, Inc. as an Engineer-III and Senior Software Engineer. At Honeywell, he gained valuable experience in designing and implementing UFT-based frameworks to test localization of 18 different languages and Mainframe applications using terminal emulators.
