He also reduced service desk incident counts by 40% through health compliance check and tuning activities. Prashant developed REST APIs with Node.js/Express.js and integrated them with C# capabilities to make 100% offline availability of the app. He also developed reusable UI components with Electron.js and React.Js, integrated data using Restful APIs. Prashant has a Bachelor of Technology degree in Computer Science and Engineering from UIET, Kurukshetra University, which he completed in 2019.
