Prashant Agarwal is a self-motivated and focused individual with a desire to make a career in the marketing domain. Prashant graduated as an Industrial Engineer from IIT Kharagpur and worked in the automobile sector as a Project Manager. He managed retail operations of Tanishq stores with an annual topline of Rs 270 crore, planned manpower requirements, stock mix, selling expenses, and enhanced customer experience. Prashant has also worked as an Area Retail Manager at Aditya Birla, where he handled sales and operations of 29 PE stores with business worth Rs 36 crore. He ensured store profitability by optimizing manpower, controlling selling expenses, and budget adherence. Prashant led a team of 150+ store managers and CCAs to achieve operational efficiency and meet sales targets. Prashant's education history includes an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Kozhikode, and a Bachelor of Technology in Industrial Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur.
