Prashant Bagga is a growth expert with a passion for building and scaling products. With nearly 6 years of relevant experience, he has a proven track record of success in various roles across different industries. Prashant's journey began at the age of 12 when he won a Microsoft competition and received his first smartphone. At 19, he landed an internship at Microsoft by winning a hackathon, and by the age of 20, he was leading an $11M project at the tech giant. He went on to do product work at a New York-based startup at the age of 21 and launched and sold a dating startup at 22. Prashant is the host of the Billion Moonshots podcast, where he interviews founders of billion-dollar companies and shares their inspiring stories. The podcast has been ranked Top 15 on Apple Podcasts and has closed sponsorship and growth consulting deals worth upwards of $300,000. Currently, Prashant works as the Growth lead at XMTP Labs, a communication protocol for web3 messaging, backed by a16z, Ashton Kutcher's Sound Ventures, and founders of Aave, Argent, Compound, Dapper Labs. At XMTP, he is responsible for driving growth and helping founders raise non-dilutive capital. Prashant holds an Honours degree in Nanotechnology Engineering from the University of Waterloo.
