As an Engineering Manager, he has a talent for team building and leadership, and is able to inspire and motivate his team to achieve their goals. In his current role at Pankhuri, Prashant is responsible for driving the development of new products and features, as well as maintaining and improving existing systems. He is skilled in a wide range of technologies, including Azure, Python, Spring, Spring Boot, Microservices, Terraform, Kubernetes, Jenkins, DevOps, NoSQL, Kafka, and more. Prior to joining Pankhuri, Prashant held a number of leadership positions at companies such as Success4 and Y Media Labs. In his role as Director of Engineering & Product at Success4, he was responsible for leading the development of a new platform, while at Y Media Labs, he served as Technical Lead for a large payment processing project in Brazil. Prashant holds a Bachelor of Technology in Instrumentation and Control Engineering from NIT Tiruchirappalli, as well as a Post Graduate Program in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning from the Texas McCombs School of Business. With his extensive experience and diverse skill set, Prashant is a valuable asset to any team looking to build and scale innovative products.
