With over 12 years of relevant experience in the technology industry, Prashant has played a pivotal role in the success of Jombay, which has conducted over 600,000 managerial assessments and 60,000 managerial development journeys across 25 geographies. Prashant's expertise lies in combining technology with behavioral science to help organizations relook at their hiring, development, and succession planning processes, and to take them virtual, while also enhancing operational efficiency and optimizing costs. He has been instrumental in developing Jombay's consolidated platform that has made high-touch leadership assessment and development scalable, giving many more organizations, managers, and leaders across the world the opportunity to experience the benefits. Before joining Jombay, Prashant co-founded Truespider Technologies, where he served as Director. He also worked as a Senior Software Developer at Amura Marketing Technologies Pvt. Ltd., where he was responsible for software development, website management, content management systems, and website designing. Prashant holds a B.Tech degree in Information Technology from the College of Engineering, Pune. He is a Senior Software Engineer with a diverse tech stack that includes software engineering and testing.
