Prashant Kalyan is a seasoned project delivery and customer engagement professional with over 13 years of experience in the industrial (PLM) domain. Currently working as the Lead Implementations and Delivery - III at eq technologic, a global analytics and data migration/integration software company, Prashant is responsible for managing the execution, delivery, and management of projects for clients around the world in Aerospace, Automotive, CRM, and FMCG sectors. Prashant is a Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM®) and has experience in designing and building custom solutions for data migration and integration, Business Intelligence, and Analytics products. He is also responsible for customer engagement, delivery management, people management, requirement gathering and analysis, stakeholder management, solution design, prototyping, and implementation. With his experience in both agile (SCRUM) and waterfall software development life cycle (SDLC) models, Prashant manages and facilitates Agile/Scrum practices and disciplines in cross-functional Scrum Teams. He engages with Project Stakeholders including Product Owner, Program Manager, and other Project Managers. He also manages sprints and progress using Microsoft Azure Board and JIRA confluence. Prashant has worked with Dassault Systèmes as a Software Engineer, where he was a member of the Isight Solution Component Development Team. His responsibilities included designing and developing various solution components using Java in a process automation, integration, and design optimization tool. He was also responsible for unit testing and integration testing of the developed solution, and complete documentation which includes online help, specification sheets, and demonstration videos. Prashant has a B.E. degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Pune and has experience in optimizing fuel efficiency of a diesel generator set using a UPS and a variable speed engine. He is proficient in Integration, test, Software Engineer, Azure, and Java.
