Prashant Karhade is a dynamic and multi-talented professional with over 24 years of experience in various domains. He is an Electrical Engineer by education, with a B.Tech in Electrical Engineering from IIT Bombay and an M.S. in Electrical & Computer Engineering from Vanderbilt University. Prashant has worked for organizations of all sizes, including large corporations like Intel and Wipro, mid-size companies, small businesses, and startups. He has also gained entrepreneurial experience, having spent almost 8 years as an entrepreneur. Currently, Prashant is the Vice President of Product at Clout, part of The TIFIN Group, where he leads technical product management and other initiatives. He has also held leadership positions in the past, including managerial positions and roles as a Product Manager/Owner. Prashant has direct interactions with prospects/customers and has worked on hardware, software, and everything in between, having coded in over 12 different languages. In addition to his extensive experience in various domains, Prashant has also gained expertise in Machine Learning and Deep Learning, having completed four certifications in ML/DL in the second half of 2018. He also completed a six-month intensive course on Cloud Computing, PGPCC, in the second half of 2019, and is now 2xAWS certified. Prashant holds two US patents, US7143021B1 and US7181383B1. Apart from his technical expertise, Prashant is also an accomplished writer who has written, compiled, and edited numerous books. He has blogged extensively on sustainability and cloud computing in healthcare and is currently writing a series of articles on self-improvement for young, working professionals. Prashant's past experience includes working as the Head of the Business Practices Group and Product Manager at Nitor Infotech. He managed and mentored all the Business Analysts in the organization and was the Product Manager of Nitovate, an HRMS (or HCM) product.
