Prashant Kawade is an experienced Software Engineer with a demonstrated history of working in the information technology and services industry. He is currently working as a Technical Lead at ConverzAI, where he is handling stakeholders, task allocation, and mentoring to the team. With over 6.7 years of relevant experience, Prashant is a Full-Stack polyglot programmer and has a deep understanding of software development methodologies, including scrum methodologies for the development process. During his career, Prashant has worked on several projects, including establishing an application deployment process and supervising deployment to staging and production servers. He has also conducted code reviews and specification conformance testing as defined by the selected software development methodology.
