Prashant Kumar is an experienced Agile Professional with over 11 years of experience in software development. He has an excellent reputation for resolving problems, improving customer satisfaction, and driving overall transformation. Currently, he is working as the Vice President of Agile Transformation at Morgan Stanley, where he is responsible for mobilizing teams into an agile way of working, coaching from individual to enterprise level, and helping organizations reduce structural waste. Prashant has also drafted Agile Maturity Assessment for teams and enterprises and conceptualized and drafted training for scrum masters, product owners, agile practitioners, and agile leaders. Additionally, he has helped Toastmaster Club to grow in the location. Before joining Morgan Stanley, Prashant worked at Goldman Sachs as an Associate, where he created technology solutions to support IMD controllers to maintain and sign off total assets under management and supervision and revenue for the investment management division. He also helped IMD controllers automate gap analysis for faster sign-off. He has also worked at Nokia as a Software Engineer 2, where he developed features for the mobile browser to support good internet experience even in low bandwidth and facilitated scrum events. Prashant holds a Master of Science (M.S.) in Software System from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani, a Master's Degree in Advance Computing from Centre for Development of Advanced Computing (CDAC), and a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from the University of Rajasthan.
