Prashant Lalchandani is a highly experienced and trusted advisor to C-level executives in the financial services industry, with over 25 years of experience in leading teams through complex engagements. He is currently the SVP & CTO, iGTB at Intellect Design Arena, where he specializes in identifying technology trends and engaging with clients in innovation ideas-driven conversations. Prashant has a proven track record of defining enterprise architectures and blueprints, building business cases, and providing architecture leadership in the execution of large strategic programs leveraging consulting and hands-on technology experience. Prashant has leveraged his international mobility to establish connections with client executives and build their confidence in his ability to deliver complex engagements from offshore. He has also set up, mentored, and scaled architecture teams and practice functions to support sales and delivery for large accounts and business units. Prashant has led large architect communities and played a key role in defining and implementing organization-wide competency frameworks and certification models for architects to evolve the roles in line with the needs of the industry. Prior to his current role, Prashant has held several leadership positions in renowned companies such as Principal and Capgemini. At Capgemini, he was part of the core team that defined an Architect Revival program for the Group and led its implementation in Capgemini India, which has a community of 1000+ architects. The program focused on 4Cs: Certification, Competency framework, Curriculum, and Community. Prashant helped set up the Architect Certification Board for Capgemini India, interfaced with the BU leadership teams to integrate architects in the community, identified and rolled out architecture trainings, organized architecture and technology events, and harnessed the power of the community. Prashant holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree from IIT, an MBA from the University of Phoenix, and completed his 12th standard from Kendriya Vidyalaya. He is a senior software engineer with relevant experience of 24.62 years. Prashant is a recognized leader in the architect community and is known for his ability to deliver innovative solutions that drive business value.
